Me and the boys in our Team WOD final mile... 40min time cap.... ------------ Jay alt @dmoreno2015 1 mile run 20kg plate carry *put plate down = 10x burpees penalty 100x Bench Press 60kg 100x Toes to Ring 100 Cal row 100x Thrusters 40kg 100x Pull-ups 1 mile run 30kg sand bag carry ------------ First run since injury so I'm happy with that @peakperformanceliverpool 💪🏼😄 Called Coach Tom C over and said I can't run due to injury his words " you'll be ok... Just do what you always do! Switch OFF and smash it 👊🏼...."
