Had to repost as Instagram deleted it...don't know why. 11 weeks out and I'm looking leaner than I was 3/4 weeks out last year. Just shows what happens when you have the right people behind you. Stuck to everything Karl has told me to do outside of dieting and started my prep already pretty lean rather than getting fat. Feel so much better mentally for it.
