I was really happy for #JoeAllen when he scored in the 90th minute to secure a draw against #Arsenal after coming off the bench. Following his assist for the winner against Stoke in the League Cup semi final, we are now seeing Allen making a strong contribution when it matters for #LFC . The last minute equalizer against the #Gunners was his first goal of the season and by far the most important one he has scored for #Liverpool since joining in 2012. Fans wouldn't have bet on him finding the net after some glaring misses from similar positions in previous matches but he showed great composure and made no mistake right in front of the #Kop . I like Joe #Allen because he always seems to be punching above his weight, he has had a very hard time convincing the supporters he is good enough to play for #Liverpool . Partly due to mixed performances, injury, and competition in his favoured position. He has recently found himself also having to convince the management because his contract talks have been put on hold and his place at the club is under review. There are plenty of games between now and the end of the season and I'm sure he will have more chances to carry on making an impression and earn a new contract. I hope he does, but if it is decided that he doesn't have a long term future at the club, he has already written his name into the history books with this important goal. I hope for a more straight forward game today when #ManchesterUnited visit #Anfield. I'm sure #Klopp has the players ready and fired up for this game because the last three performances against them have been poor and the balance needs to be re-addressed. If the Arsenal game was a 'must-not-lose' then today's game is a must win! One last thought I want to put that out there ahead of the match, if we beat the #Mancs by a #FiveGoalMargin then we will leapfrog them in the table. I have no doubt that it can be done if we turn up with the right attitude! #COYR #YNWA #BPL #Matchday #tt4LFC #WeAreLiverpool #LFCFamily #BPL #LFC #LiverpoolFC #Reds by tt4lfc
